Solung UFC thrashes Banggo UFC to enter finals

ITANAGAR, Aug 17: The Solung United FC secured their berth for the final match of Solung Festival Celebration Committee (SFCC) Football Tournament by thrashing Banggo United FC by 3-0 goals. The second semi-final match played at DNGC ground today evening was an easy win for the Solung United FC. The first goal of the day was netted by Taja Bonung in the 32nd minute. The second and third goals were scored in the 60th and 78th minutes respectively by Taja Bonung and Abu Tayeng respectively. No gaols were netted by Banggo UFC players despite intense efforts throughout the entire game. Mibom Tako of Solung UFC was adjudged the player of the day. The final match will be played between Solung FC and Siang United FC tomorrow at 3pm at the same venue.
