ITANAGAR, Aug 11: Dilung Football Club thrashed Etor Yameng Football Club 6-2 in a group-A match of the ongoing Solung Football Tournament-2013 played at Dera Natung Govt College playground here today.
For Dilung FC, Taling Taloh scored two goals and one goal each by Taker Taloh, Tajong Pabin, Baken Payum and Tato Payum. From Etor Yameng FC side, Bakin Payum and Nanu Tamut scored one goal each. Taling Taloh of Dilung FC was adjudged the player of the day.
In group-B match played at same venue, Golgi Bote Football Club defeated Dongin FC by a margin of 3-1. Ditem Tatak, Tajing Bonung and Bharat Tamut scored one goal each for the winning team, while the lone goal for the losing side was scored by Tami Pangu. Tajing Bonung was declared player of the day.
Tomorrow’s match will be played between Banggo United FC Vs Dilung FC.
