ITANAGAR, May 8: A condolence meeting was held at the office premises of Lower Subansiri DC at Ziro today where all the HoDs of the district gathered and expressed their deep sense of condolences on the sad demise of Lower Subansiri DDSE Tarh Tuglo.
In the gathering, DC Marnya Ete read out the achievements of late Tuglo and also two minutes silence was observed to pray to the almighty god for eternal peace of his departed soul.
Meanwhile, describing him as dedicated and sincere teacher and good human being, who had served in the capacity of teacher, headmaster and principal, before he was elevated to the post of DDSE, the office and staff of DDSE, Yupia along with teaching community of Papum Pare District expressed deep shock over the demise of Tuglo. The members observed two minutes silence today at URC building, Naharlagun to pray to the almighty god for eternal peace of his departed soul.
In the meantime, the Nyishi Elite Society has condoled the untimely demise of Tarh Tuglo. He died at his Papu Nallah residence in Naharlagun yesterday, leaving behind a vast family consisting of his wife Tarh Yania, five daughters and two minor sons in utter darkness.
In this regard, the NES pleaded the state govt to provide compassionate employment to the family members with necessary relaxations, if required, for sustenance of the family as huge expenditure for the lengthy treatment of the only bread earner has caused weak financial position.
Late Tuglo, who was born at Lumtey village under Nyapin circle of Kurung Kumey district on October 11, 1965, had started his primary education from Nyapin School in 1971, thereafter, secondary education from Doimukh H.S School in 1984 and graduated from Degree College, Itanagar.
Initially, he joined as a junior teacher in 1987, promoted to senior teacher in 1995, then as principal, Govt. H.S School, Nyapin in 1998 till 2007 and served as DDSE, Koloriang, from 2007-2010 and DDSE, Ziro from 2010 till his death.
May almighty grant eternal peace to the departed soul and bestow enough strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss, NES said in its message.
While expressing deep shock over the sudden demise of Tuglo, its founder member and former chief advisor, the Tarh Welfare Society said the vacuum created by his demise would never be filled and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
The All Nyapin, Sangram, Phassang Youth Welfare Association also deeply condoled the demise of Tuglo. Describing his demise as great loss to the education community, the Association conveyed its deep sense of condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed to almighty god for eternal peace of the departed soul.
